Condenser Fan Replacement in Vendo V540
A Pepsi Vendo 540 was too noisy. This machine is in a Hotel and the customers were reporting their sleep was disrupted. Often the bearings in a condenser fan will become worn allowing the fan blades to contact the cowling. A simple fix is to replace the motor. This is accomplished through the front of the machine. This is intended to be written as a help guide for the novice vending machine refurbish/repair person to follow.
I have worked in the vending industry for almost 30 years and I often answered the question "How do you do this business"? With the answer "I can't tell you but the education will cost you a fortune". For this reason I thought I might enlighten others with an on-line journal/blog of some of my projects and repairs.

Upgrade AP 113 Snack Machine
This is a before picture of a machine I will be refurbishing. The glass has graffiti scratched into it by a diamond. I will include more pictures and explain "How To" for this project. Updates will follow.
